“Had never heard of firebox before I ordered my Darkside Ollie. I can honestly say their service is the best I've received for a long time. They were quick to process my order & it arrived well packaged when they said it would. The way they deal with their customers is refreshing and I found the light hearted emails a joy to read while still being informative. Keep up the great work, I shall certainly use your services again in the future.”
