“Ordered from another company as well, images exactly the same apart from firebox cost about 4 times as much. Got 48 prints from another company for the price of 12 from firebox. I thought as the price was so much more then they would be of better quality, but this was not the case. Polorgram ladies and gents. use their service. O and they were quicker.”

“I had a problem with my order ( my own fault ) i had put the wrong postcode in. My delivery was late and I emailed in. The response was super fast and beyond polite! Couldnt get better customer service from anyone else ! Thankyou ever so much !”

“My second order...JD0002250012240515 arrived quite promptly within 3 days. My first order....JD0002250012230722 still has not arrived even after 8 days. I have had 3 separate e-mails from your delivery company over 3 different days telling me my parcel is coming. I have stayed at home on all occasions and bloody nothing has arrived. I have written to them and they have just ignored me. I have told them to get my parcel to me today or to return it to you for a full and immediate refund. SO FAR nothing....no e-mails , no parcel. I am sick of them and you for not keeping a closer watch on your delivery service. It is now up to you to hassle with them over this order as I am finished. Give me a full refund on this order immediately (I will be checking with my credit card company to see how long it has taken.) I believe , from your e-mail of 2/12/14 that the internal order number for this parcel is #3937448. Yours sincerely Mr. Cameron Braidwood 30 Crosslee Park Crosslee Johnstone Renfrewshire PA6 7BN.”

“This if the first time I have used this online service, and it was, nothing less than, amazing. I do like the correspondence, the way it is so natural as if your customers are known to you, extremely original and did bring a smile. I have told everyone I know, and that is a lot of people, trust me!!!! I am quick to complain if a service is not good, so very happy to let everyone know when it's not only good but exceptional.”

“I was really happy with the speedy delivery, the choice of items on offer and the over all service from Firebox. I'm sure the things I bought for people will go down a treat at Christmas. Although I do wish they'd do more offers and 'money off' deals for customers who have used their website before and maybe spent over a certain limit or something like that- just to make the typing in of payment details at the point of purchase sting just that little bit less.”

“An absolutely fantastic website. They have anything you could ever imagine, if you've seen it on the internet - it's likely that you'll find it here. The staff are really helpful, and keep you up to date with your transaction as it progresses (I pre-ordered a product, and was informed of any delays along with the option to revoke my order if the delay caused a problem for me). The staff response time was excellent, and they always provided the greatest help possible. The delivery was swift and easy on all of my items- and the website and e-mails are hilarious! I looked forward to receiving an e-mail from them almost as much as I looked forward to getting my product! Would highly recommend!”
