“Item arrived in time stated, and well packed. My husband chose it as a Christmas present for a friend and he is very impressed with it. Firebox has quality gifts which are interesting and unusual so we're pleased to have found some new ideas this year.”

“I have never smiled/chuckled at a company email, at least that was the case before I received emails from Firebox! Coming from a marketing agency they definitely make you take notice of their emails and the way they treat their customers is fresh and appreciated! The language they use is sophisticated yet funny and friendly. Their service is great, I received my gifts days before I thought I would and they definitely know their audience by adding in a free packet of tangfastics - only the best kind of Haribo out there!”

“FIREBOX - UNIQUE AND UNEQUALED. UNUSUAL AND LOVELY GIFTS, EASY ORDERING AND DELIVERY HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD, WITH EMAIL AND TEXT UPDATES SO I KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. THEY SUCCEED IN GIVING THE PERSONAL TOUCH TO THEIR CUSTOMER INTERACTION AND ALSO HAVE A VERY AMUSING TURN OF PHRASE - IT'S WORTH ORDERING SOMETHING JUST TO GET THEIR EMAILS! NICE TO SEE THEY HAVE THE GUTS TO NOT FOLLOW THE CROWD AND SO OFFER SOMETHING THAT BIT BETTER.”

“Delivery appointment missed 3 times, so I lost vacation days. Poor customer service to resolve. When it finally did arrive 3 items were broken. Will never use them again.”

“Love Firebox.com. Always a great selection of weird and wonderful gifts. Prices are great too. And if you ever need to contact customer service give them a call, very friendly and helpful. They are also very quick to sort out any issues you are having with products etc. Highly recommend this company :)”

“I liked the website very much, it was very easy to use and there were no issues placing my order. You kept me updated with my order really frequently so I didn't have to chase it up- I appreciated this as I have a very busy life with kids and little time do thanks for that. My order came really quickly so I could look at the items I'd received in a timely fashion- always good in case you need to send things back. I ordered a deer door hanger, this was good but a bit smaller than I imagined and more lightweight. I also ordered a popcorn maker- this is great! We all love how easy it was to use. Thanks, I'll useyour site again.”

“Excellent web site for unusual and quirky gift ideas. Easy to order and very prompt delivery with excellent packaging. Confirmation e-mails and delivery forms had funny and witty comments which cheered me up no end and confirmed that people behind the company had good sense of humour . Brilliant!!
