The freak mask is a great idea, I uploaded a picture of my girlfriends dog and waited for the results to turn up. Which was rubbish! The face was printed far too small. Wish I hadn't bothered. Should of been able to preview the size and crop appropriately.

Mug was fine, customer service was pretty shocking made worse by the delivery of the item failing spectacularly and a nice member of the public who lived half a mile away kindly bringing the parcel to me. NO follow up from Firebox either. Won't be returning as a customer

Due to a picking error I was sent the completely wrong item. In order to receive the right item I was expected to print a returns label (when I have no access to a printer), repackage and post the item back to them. Due to my working hours, I am unable to post the item in time for them to send me the right item before Christmas. I am therefore stuck having to re-order the £20 product so it comes for Christmas, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the unwanted item except chuck it on eBay and hope it makes as much as I was forced to pay for it! A bit gutted really.

The Firebox website and their e-mails are full of remarks and phrases that are probably meant to show how chic and trendy they are. In practice the delivery arrived with an item missing. They would do better by concentrating on more efficient service and not on the irritating nonsense language.

Ordered from another company as well, images exactly the same apart from firebox cost about 4 times as much. Got 48 prints from another company for the price of 12 from firebox. I thought as the price was so much more then they would be of better quality, but this was not the case. Polorgram ladies and gents. use their service. O and they were quicker.

Products were of good quality when they eventually arrived. I pre paid the extra money to ensure that my items were delivered to me on a Saturday between 9am-12pm, as I work 6 days a week I was surprised when they offered me this option. However, after waiting all day the items arrived at 7.00pm after consistantly ringing the delivery company. All they told me to do was check the tracker code that had to been sent to me by Firebox, however when I tried to do this, the code was not recognised. I also tried to call Firebox, and again no one was helpful they simply told me to just wait in. After this experience of wasting a day in waiting for goods that I had apid extra for an early delivery and with no helpful members of staff to assist, I will not be using Firebox again.

Oh dear, that doesn't sound right. We have gotten in touch with Leanne and refunded the postage costs.

I was disappointed with the quality of the Cheese Making Kit which represented poor value for money. Two small flimsy plastic containers, a piece of cheesecloth, a plastic thermometer and four small packets of ingredients, including one single rennet tablet represent poor value for £25. I had planned to give the kit as a present to a foodie friend but it would be insulting to do so. The Kama Sutra chocolate has holes left by air bubbles on the surface which make it look cheap. It may taste wonderful but I can't say yet. The tee shirt and the chocolate pizza were fine. I emailed customer services and received a fast and friendly reply but nothing could be done about my concerns
