I made a purchase on December 14th and was told it would be here in time for Christmas I have emailed multiple times and have received no response. It’s now December 28th Very disappointed.

He didn't work. Either just stood there not moving or flopped down and died. Now i feel guilty as it was a gift.

Product itself is ok, however misleading description says ‘usb or battery operated’, there is no USB port at all...

I’ve ordered from firebox before and had a wonderful experience but this year has been more difficult. I understand that this time of year can be overwhelming with package inquiries but it’s frustrating that you cannot get into contact with someone more quickly. You shouldn’t advertise a live chat feature or WhatsApp if it’s not actually going to be faster. Ordered before Christmas due date and I haven’t gotten either product. I’m worried as I ordered to a vacation address and no one will help me change delivery location.

We are really sorry that it's taking us longer than usual to respond to queries. Unfortunately, this festive period we've received a very high volume of messages across all our channels and we are doing our very best to respond to each one as quickly and effectively as possible. Your order was dispatched by Royal Mail on Dec 23rd and handed over to USPS upon it's landing in the USA. Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address as the parcel is already on its way to you. The parcel is arriving a little delayed so we have of course refunded you for the postage. This will be reflected in your bank account within a few working days. We have also e-mailed you directly with the tracking information (currently in transit) and full details about your order, so do have a check in your inbox (or spam folder if our e-mail got a little lost on its way to you!) I shopped and after the date expected for my items to arrive I contacted them because I didnt get anything. No answer by email neither by whatsapp

I never received my item. Although the team was nice enough in their correspondence, and ultimately issued a refund, it was really disappointing that they didn't use a tracking service for my item and there's no closure on where it ended up!

Not inprest with my order. First the delivery nothing to inform me when to expect my order came seven days so I was not in and had to leave it with next doors. Second not inprest with the contest of the box. It would be better to make my own booze box up and could be cheaper.

We can see your order was placed on 27/11/2019 using Standard Yodel delivery (3-5 working days) and the parcel was delivered within the standard estimate, on Dec 4th. You are automatically sent a dispatch e-mail when the order leaves the warehouse and you might have also received a text from Yodel on the number that was included with the order. Delivery estimates are also included at the checkout and the confirmation e-mail. We are really sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the contents of the Mystery Box. Unfortunately with Mystery Boxes, the surprise element does involve a certain risk. The contents are a curated selection of bestsellers from our range, in this case Alcohol range. Bought a gadget mystery box. I'm my honest opinion it was not worth the money, maybe I was unlucky enough to receive a bad one and the vast majority of the rest are good, however I can only go of my experience. I received 4 products. 3 of the 4 products genuinely Could of been a toy in a happy meal and you would not blink an eye at it. The 4th (Bluetooth speaker) was okay, it's just a cheap Chinese made speaker.

Received a gift from a friend from here. It was the heatable Turkey from friends..... put it in the microwave for the first time and it smells terrible and so does my whole house now :(

Considering the amount of money is cost to get this, I expected more of a similarity...I gave great detail and added photos for reference but got a barely personalised item. My figure came with all black pants and top so it looks like a jumpsuit when I asked for my person to wear a skirt. Overall, not happy

Got my friend a personalised Lego figurine for his graduation. Requested a pc related accessory which was not included (fair enough if accessories aren’t possible). Asked for outfit under graduation gown to look similar to his graduation photo, ie grey suit or pink shirt. The Lego figurine is just a standard graduation figure in a black suit. The suit appears to have an ID card, maybe the person making it thought that was appropriate for an IT degree? Anyway, it’s not visable under the gown so it just looks like a black suit. A grey suit or pink shirt would have much much better. Just a bit disappointed as I could have just ordered a standard graduation Lego figurine somewhere else online and made the frame up myself. Not really worth the £60 I forked out as it’s not personalised at all. Meh

Ordered for next day, didnt arrive, Tracking no is supplied but no mention of the courier so no way to track? proper mistake.. I run an online business with just over 10k reviews, 300k purchases.. this company we take many inspirations including the Haribos & quirky emails.. Love that The tracking number has no meaning considering no mention of courier, rendering it pointless & needs attention 'big time' Yours truly Ice Headshop

Ordered a personalised suitcase cover , which although appears to be good quality I found that it seems small on my case even though my case was within the dimensions for the size. Also there is no hole for the side handle on my suitcase

Very poor quality for the price, photo not printed as depicted with areas cut off from how I positioned them when ordering. Colours are rubbish. Waste of money. Also interesting to note that firebox only publishes reviews for products that are positive, didn’t see any negative reviews until I clicked on here to leave my own review! Disappointing.

After reading all the great reviews about the mystery boxes i decided to order for a family members birthday. I was dissapointed with what was in the box. A chocolate santa...in March. A pair of socks with no tags like they had been used and just chucked in there. 2 of the other items were the same thing! Only one decent thing in the box! Wud not order agen. I know its a mystery box but expected better for what i payed. I got the gadget box if anyone was wondering.

I bought the Hatchling Dragon candle. It looks great, but is really disapointing that mine failed to work as a candle. So we've got a dragon trapped inside a bunch of wax that won't light. Great ideal, poorly executed.
