Many "mysterious problems" with my order: it was sent, then suddenly returned to the sender; then new order was created, but never sent, because of "some technical issues". At least, after a couple of weeks of all that hustle, I received a full fund. So, two stars, only because I was given my money back in the end. Probably the worst customer support. At first, they didn't answer my email. Then I contacted them on WhatsApp and they stopped answering my messages after there, allegedly, was a technical problem with newly created order. Visit their facebook page for similar stories. I wish I had before ordering. Avoid. Update: I've seen your email just when I stared forgetting this dreadful experience. So thank you, but I'll rather not go through it again.

My firebox orders usually never fail to please but I ordered a family member the world’s smallest vacuum cleaner for Christmas and we tried it out and it wouldn’t work the first time and thereafter.

First time ordering from here after looking at the site for years. Ordered bespoke air fresheners on 10/12/2021 for a Christmas present. Didn’t arrive in time and I was told they would arrive Mid-January because they were out of stock (did not say this when I ordered them). I have just received them on 07/02/2022 so a bit late for Christmas and well after the date that was told. Air fresheners are nice with a good scent but delivery wasn’t ideal. Thanks.

Ordered on 8th January. Finally delivered to me on 7th February, 2 weeks after the birthdays I had ordered them for. I contacted customer service by email but they wouldn't or couldn't give me an idea of when I could expect it, & actually ignored my last 2 emails. Very shoddy service.

The item was good even though I am totally devastated that you no longer send out sweets with the orders. As I always looked forward to receiving my sweets and I recommended 7 other customers to your site who purchased from you and said they also didn’t receive any sweets. So we are all completely gutted. Also I didn’t like the sticker with the item description on the gift wrapped item as I couldn’t remove it for the person I bought it for. So I felt ripped off.

Awful! Even after being promised my items would arrive before Christmas, they didn’t! I ordered them 3 weeks previous to the big day! Took several emails to get a refund.

Second year in a row firebox stuffed up my Christmas present order. At least they refunded and gave me a £10 coupon this time, otherwise would be 1 star. Think I'll be looking elsewhere next time I'm present shopping!

I ordered a really expensive lamp and the quality is shocking. I'd say its worth £10 not £50. Will be returning it ASAP.

I ordered 4 mystery boxes for my family while I am working away. All 4 boxes were exactly the same. So after the first box was opened there wasn't much of a mystery when the 2nd box was the same and disappointment for boxes 3 and 4. Waste of money, won't be ordering again

Ordering and Delivery of the Warmies was excellent. Sadly, the “one size fits all” was far too small for my wife, who is a size 7. I’m surprised your marketing information is not more specific concerning size. It was disappointing to see my wife disappointed when she opened this present on Christmas Day.
