“This was not was I was expecting, flower seeds, cheese making kit, popcorn and a false is not worth £35 and definately nothing my mum would want for Mother's Day! This was meant to help me by being a surprise and something that is for those who are stuck on what to get, well now I'm running round trying to find something since this is not what I want at all :(”

“very disappointed with the company, the virtual head set that i brought as a gift was mis sold to me, the packaging stated that the apps where downloadable from apple, android and windows phone. They're not. The windows phone apps didn't work at all, and as for firebox admitting to there mistake there wasn't much said. No apology and submissive to say that they had packaged a product wrongly when in clear writing it stated on the box!. won't be buying from here again!.”

“I haven't ordered from firebox for sometime (the shame!!!!) and I acquired a birthday present for a mate. I remember it being fast and easy delivery. This time it was…….fast and easy delivery and actually was quicker than expected. Good service, good chat, good delivery! Not forgetting the free sweets!!!!!”

“I have ordered twice so far and I will definitely continue to order. Safe packaging, plenty of bubble wrap, not even a scratch on any of the items and I have ordered breakable items! Not to much packaging as well so didn't feel like I was killing the planet. Items are an amazing quality, use the items a lot and still look new. Would recommend this website 1000000X over!”

“I ordered on Friday and received my items on Saturday, using standard delivery, I did not pay extra. Love the range of products from weird to exotic and even weirder. The emails are great, they are funny but not bad dad humor. They have a wide range of products, they are perfect for gifts. The packaging is unique. All in all I would definitely recommend (especially the marshmallows, they mysteriously disappeared very quickly).”
