“I normally hate reminder emails from companies, but Firebox have totally nailed how to speak to their customers! The items I ordered came quickly and were great, the perfect stocking stuffers for Christmas. Also loved the little pack of Haribo in my package. A+ marketing/customer relations!”

“Products were fine, order process was fine. Delivery was a total nightmare! Never again will I order from this company after the service received from the delivery company. It's a shame as I had already recommended the site to friends then had to go back to them and tell them it's not worth the hassle.”

“Ordered product on 26 Nov. Two weeks later it didn't arrive so contacted Firebox to be told there is a problem with their warehouse. They then re-ordered, only to contact me later that day to say it was out of stock. Absolute shambles - would strongly advise against using Firebox.”
