I recently left a review complaining about ordering 4 x mystery boxes for Xmas and they all turned out to be the same contents. (Hardly a mystery after the first 2 boxes were opened). Disappointed as I was, I thought no more about it. However, the thoroughly decent people at Firebox actually read my review and got in touch. I have now been refunded for 2 of the boxes, (all done within 24Hrs too) without having to send anything back. I shall certainly be using Firebox again ( I was always going to, just don't tell them that) its great for funky and weird gifts.

order took too long, it had been cancelled internally and then arrived 6 weeks after I ordered it. The socks were scuffed and poor quality.

I ordered a Valentine's mystery box for my husband and it was brilliant, a really fab mixture of gifts, well worth the money and my husband thought they were all brilliant. Arrived quite quickly and well packaged.

Unfortunately, it did happen and we are very sorry that we also left someone without a gift. Hi there Antony, Thank you for taking your time to review your Firebox experience - we appreciate it. We sincerely apologize that your timely order arrived well after Christmas. This should never have happened, but unfortunately, it did and it is annoying that due to this issue someone did not receive the gift at Christmas. Through our partner, we were informed that some orders in December could not be processed and this happened in January. The problems are now fixed but this is of course not helpful for you in retrospect. Customer service has already contacted you and has hopefully been able to find a satisfactory solution with the refund of half of your purchase amount. All the best Firebox

Hi there Daniels, thank you for taking your time to review us. We apologize that unfortunately our Fresh Faces were not delivered in time for Christmas and you could give to someone dear as planned. There were problems with the Fresh Faces at the worst time of the year, of all times, and the orders were not processed and shipped to customers - or not until January 2022. Customer service has already contacted you and hopefully, they were able to find a satisfactory solution with a refund of half of your purchase amount. However, we would be very pleased if you would give us another chance so that we can show you our normal standard of service. This is usually much better than what was shown with the last order. First time ordering from here after looking at the site for years. Ordered bespoke air fresheners on 10/12/2021 for a Christmas present. Didn’t arrive in time and I was told they would arrive Mid-January because they were out of stock (did not say this when I ordered them). I have just received them on 07/02/2022 so a bit late for Christmas and well after the date that was told. Air fresheners are nice with a good scent but delivery wasn’t ideal. Thanks.

I ordered these well in time for Christmas. They did not arrive on time. I received an email in January notifying me that they would arrive soon. They still have not arrived and now you would like me to review the product that didn't arrive and the service that was so poor you couldn't get in touch to let me know that this Christmas gift wouldn't be here on time.

Ordered on 8th January. Finally delivered to me on 7th February, 2 weeks after the birthdays I had ordered them for. I contacted customer service by email but they wouldn't or couldn't give me an idea of when I could expect it, & actually ignored my last 2 emails. Very shoddy service.
