“I thought all in all it was really good, except the fact I had no confirmation email telling me I have purchased my product but I phone up customer service and they were very kind and friendly and sent me another email instead”

“Really, really pleased with Firebox and will definitely be ordering from them again! Their customer service is excellent, responding to emails within minutes (very funny emails too). I got free, standard, 2-5 working days delivery and my order ended up arriving the NEXT DAY!! Everything was packaged carefully and properly and they even threw in a bag of sweets too!”
