“A great place to buy fun gifts for some-one who doesn't need anything; such as my son-in-law. (Revenge at last!) Quirky, fun stuff that you won't find in the shops. Speedy delivery. Highly amusing E-mails that put a smile on my face all day! Already recommended to family and friends.”

“Why is there not an 'excellent' button? Good doesn't come close!! I love buying my friends unusual gifts and have done all my Christmas shopping from Firebox this year, plus a few extras for myself! If i could afford I would probably buy one of everything in the catalogue or even two, one for me and one for a friend!”

“This is a great site with great products. Some of them are a little bit pricey but totally worth is as you can't find a lot of this stuff anywhere else and at such great quality. There is a lot of choice too and you really can find something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this site to other people seeing as most of my Christmas shopping has come from here.”

“Loved reading the copy on each product. On a downside, it has made me spend lots of money! Had one small problem with an item that was broken on delivery, not a problem at all. Another one was sent no charge the next day. The telephone team is fantastic, you can tell they love their jobs (mostly I guess, they are human after all - or are they?) Products are great and appeal to anyone with a sense of fun, if you don't have any sense or fun don't use this site! Overall - brilliant, thanks Firebox for making me laugh while bleeding me of money!! Well worth it, love it all. No, I am not an employee of the firm!”

“This company has great communications skills and a great sense of humour. I get the feeling that they will ,look after you if (BIG IF) anything goes wrong - but their communication emails are so good, I'd say that they really know how to do things properly to a customer's satisfaction. I chose them because they had something my daughter wanted. But I shall return for more of their products as and when - most definitely in preference to other on-line stores. Well done to them for giving me a good laugh whilst delivering the goods on the nail, no fuss, no hassle.”
