“The website is awesome. You can find things you never imagined could even exist, and they arrive at your house shortly. It's a little expensive, but nowadays, what isn't? I definitely absolutely love Firebox. Plus, the e-mails and notifications they send you are hilarious.”

“Although I was very happy with Firebox and there delivery was top notch, I was extremely disappointed with one of the products and found the add to be very misleading. For anyone else thinking of buying the Beer Jelly Beans I would advise not to unless they have been reduced in price.”

“The Good, then The Bad, and then The Ugly. The Good. I purchased the Weisswurst Stress Sausage from Firebox as a farewell present for my colleague. The delivery was fast and friendly: I was given the number of the driver to text or call at any point. Which I did. At the last minute I couldn't be home to sign for the … err.. package and I needed to give him alternative delivery instructions. Of which there were several. First a neighbour several doors down, failing that a rather complicated instruction involving alleyways and garden gates, and failing that, a large black round 'not square or rectangle' (we have all three) bin. He accepted all these instructions happily and thanked me as if I was the one doing him a favour. The packaging seemed at first to be a bit of an overkill (there was lots) but all materials were recycled and eco friendly which made me smile. The Weisswurst was a good size with a mildly sticky texture providing an easy grip. The Bad. Clearly the staff at Firebox are all far too happy and your stress-related products don't get the thorough testing they need. Monsieur Weisswust lasted only one night. Your stress sausage quite simply, couldn't handle the stress. Sadly. It split during a hearty tug. The Ugly. According to your email, I am a "sophisticated and well-rounded owner of cool Firebox stuff". I'm afraid that leaving the club on Friday night with sausage squirt all over my dress did not look very sophisticated nor does buying a pull-tug stress sausage sound like something a well-rounded person would do. Finally, I am no longer the owner of any cool Firebox stuff. Nor is my colleague. Do you perhaps need any properly stressed out stress sausage testers? I think I may know a few. #justsaying”
