“Firebox was excellent. The website was very cleverly laid out and easy to navigate. After ordering I got some fun quirky emails to confirm my order with all of the hilarity you would expect from a website that sells period pants and giant man wipes. The parcel was delivered fairly quick within a super stylish box and lots of padding to keep e products safe. Firebox also has excellent after service, not plagueing you with mass marketing but keeping you in the know about your order. Excellent! You need to use this website!”

“Couldn't believe how quick the delivery was, very impressed. And I love my 'UNT' mug, it's brilliant being able to pretend I went to the University Of North Texas, and thus make people think I'm clever. It's maybe a little unfortunate that the 'C' shaped handle, being black, like the 'UNT' letters on the mug itself, can make it look like a certain rude word from some angles, but I feel sure that was nothing more than an accidental oversight in the design. These things happen. Oh, and our Twizz loved the free bang of Haribo sweeties they put in with it. Yes, we're Firebox fans now! Mick Magic (Knott End-On-Sea)”

“Perhaps they are better suited selling in the UK only. They ship internationally with a service that has no tracking. I paid for an item at this point over a month ago, had to dispute it and file a claim with PayPal as the response from Firebox was repeatedly for me to go check my "sorting office" (post office) to see if they happened to hold it there. The USPS does not make a habit of holding packages, and with no tracking, I have no way to account that they actually sent anything - as far as I know they sent nothing, I received nothing, and have had to bring in the payment company just to get a refund. Shipping issue notwithstanding, I saw the same exact item as I 'purchased' from them on Amazon for under half the price, with shipping included. Overcharged and undershipped is no way to go through life.”
