“Tried to redeem voucher same day as buying and told by cashier that the voucher was incorrect and he could not apply the code for me to redeem. Son upset, caused argument, son returned to University more depressed than arriving home for a ‘pick-up’.”
“These tipsy glasses are badly made, look and feel cheap and not at all like they look on the picture. They look like a "second" and have different size bowls. They are a joke and not in the way intended.”

“The items were delivered to an old address, not sure how. The customer service was not helpful, caring or even clear. After a few emails it was clear they took my money and past that I can jog on. Save yourself from pointless drama, but elsewhere online!!”

Since the item is being returned to our offices for fault investigation, we do not provide a prepaid return label.
