“The rose was given as a birthday gift today for my partner as a surprise, she was very pleased when she saw it however when taking it out of the box we noticed the gold was peeling away from the bottom leaf, it cannot be trimmed as it may spread and cause further damage. It has been placed back in the box for safety so unable to display. This is disappointing but we shall not be returning as afore mentioned it’s a birthday gift so would make the occasion sader.”
“I'm being asked to write a review of a 2 gifts that haven't arrived. Even though I ordered on the Thursday evening it said it had been dispatched the next day and would take between 2-5 days... Nothing said about only on working days . So I can't review the items as they're not here .!”
“Really good voucher, however an absolute faff to have to purchase, activate then request the booking from this company - for them to have to contact the company of the event I want to do and wait 3 business days for them to get back to me. A better system needs to be worked out - like generating a voucher code that will work directly on the activities company website that I can sort myself. Felt like I was waiting 3 working days (5 days) to see if I’d successfully bought the gift or not! Had I known this was the process I wouldn’t have bothered.”
“It’s frustrating trying to work out how to convert the voucher to the event I wanted to use it for. Then waited 3 days for a response for the booking, and was a different time fine, which it is, so I responded to that email, and am now awaiting (two working days and counting) for the response to that email. This makes it difficult when trying to plan things with people. I would book directly with the venue next time, this is not worth the discount it gives.”
