I specifically ordered from this company because their delivery allowed sending gifts to the Channel Islands. After waiting over a fortnight my friend still hadn't received her present so I rang and was told the order had been cancelled 2 days after I had placed my order. I'd had no notification of this (and no it hadn't gone to my spam). The person I spoke to said a brief 'Sorry about that' and said I would be reimbursed in about 5 days. The 5 days wasn't from the date they cancelled the order, which would have alerted me in time to order through another company, but from the date I phoned them which makes me think that if I hadn't phoned they would still have held on to my money.”
“Hi We were given a Dog Friendly Afternoon Tea voucher for Christmas. We checked the locations and found the nearest one to us. When we went to book, the Voucher was refused as the outlet said they had payment problems with Find Me A Gift and that no vouchers had been accepted for 6 weeks. This location was still on the Find Me A Gift Website. When we pointed this out to Find Me A Gift they offered two locations 30 miles away which was not reasonable for an afternoon tea. A refund was refused as the voucher had been bought more than 30 days before. Not what you would expect from a company that prides itself on its service. Very disappointed.”

“I wanted a special keepsake box for my dad's 90th birthday, but it was very cheap quality that it felt like it wouldn't last even a few times of opening and closing it. I get that I'm paying for the novelty of it being personalised with his name, but at £25 I would expect a certain quality too. Very disappointed.”
“The instructors are really good and although my kids enjoyed it, at the time of booking there was no mention of the "add ons" and extra £20 each to fly high how can you say no then the kids,are there and listening. Any extra add ons should be made clear when booking”
