“I bought several items for Christmas stocking fillers. They arrived promptly & in good order apart from one of the boxes which was dented & torn. Please could you consider packing a bit better in future especially when items are bought as gifts.
However all the items were as described on the website & are perfect for my needs.

“Made an error on order and tried to rectify within in 10 minutes. Drop down tool to amend did not work so e-mailed company. Rang twice and eventually advised that mistake could not be rectified. Submitted a complaint to no avail, will never use this company again.”
