“I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from this website. I placed my order 8 days ago for a birthday present, and one item is still in processing while the other has not been delivered. Because of the delay, the items will likely arrive after the birthday, making them unnecessary. Communication and delivery times did not meet expectations, so I would recommend keeping this in mind before ordering especially if you need something by a specific date.”

Send you a faulty item.
Takes days to reply.
Then tell you you have to pay for the return.
And they won’t send a replacement until they have the return back.
Take days to respond with the return address . Then when they do they tell you it’s to late for Christmas delivery, and there’s nothing they can do so your left with a faulty item.
Then when you ask for a refund they completely ignore you.
Would never recommend this company to anyone!!”
“Inititally, was very easy to navigate. However it appeared I had sent an e-voucher to wrong email address and rang buy-a-gift. Very helpful however, operator stated it had been sent to the new email address given. Recepient hasnt received this nor have I received any email to say it has been sent. I will be following this up with buy-a-gift in the New Year once everyone is back at work.”

Issue was I was charged twice and the delay in repaying me back was a long and drawn out affair
Repeatedly sent photos to show the double charge to be asked to send photos and eventually clarified to a different address”
