“If you charge a customer for Next Day Delivery, in 2025, there is a reasonable expectation it will happen. If the package is also not actually trackable, and delivered two days late, one has the right to be disappointed, surely?”

I feel like it looks nowhere near the price I paid and looks more like I paid £25-£30. I am a bit disappointed but if I get the right frame it will still look like a decent £30 present if that makes sense!”
