“I am unable to book the gifted track event, the voucher and activity code are not recognised on Car Chase Heroes, I have attempted on numerous occasions to call, email and web chat, all time consuming and left without either answers nor the way to resolve the issue.
I am waiting ( 24 hours) for an email reply from a "customer service" person.
What a shambolic bunch, both Car Chase as they can't sufficiently man the phones and the two companies "Find me a gift" and Car Chase Heroes for the woeful waste of time and interest in resolving a customer's problems.”

“I purchased a truck from you and the information you gave is incorrect it doesn't have a solid body it is a flat pack body which is thin plastic and wheels are polystyrene
I phoned to return item and because they said I was 2 days overdue they said they had to receive it back to them before 28 day after purchased it was a gift for my husband birthday on the 19 SEP I made a mistake on hopingnit was a described
I suggest to anyone buying from them to double check the items information first and to be aware of there return policy
I will not be purchasing anything from them again”

“I ordered an item late at night and was aware it would not be processed until the following day.
I chose next day delivery to ensure I received it quickly, after two days of the item showing as processing I called Find Me A Gift, I was advised I would receive an email after the call explaining the delay.
No email arrived so I called again to be told that the item was out of stock and would be back in stock later in the month, I presume I was just expected to wait for that.
I asked for a refund and was advised that would be processed instantly with an email as follow up, the email then stated the refund had been actioned and I would receive it in the next 10 days……
Typical of all companies, take the money when you order but take 10 or more days to action a refund.
Would not use them again”
“I’m actually wanting a refund after purchasing voucher for son supercar experience the reviews left me doubting if the experience was worth it. Lots of hidden costs you don’t find out about until you activate voucher. And could book anything for 12 weeks, making this birthday experience not so super. More transparency required. I want to reassure you that our vouchers have no hidden costs. On the day of your experience, you might be offered an optional one-off cost to reduce the excess fee in the rare event of an incident, but this is entirely up to you. The only other fees would be if you choose to upgrade your voucher, track, or vehicle beyond what is included. Rest assured, all our vouchers can be booked to enjoy the full experience with no extra fees. Additionally, any optional supplement fees are clearly outlined on our website before you complete your purchase.
With reference to a 12 week booking lead time, we advise approximate booking lead time requirements for each of our experiences, subject to the experience providers availability. As we are in peak season for driving I do not expect you will have to wait 12 weeks for your son to enjoy his experience.

We're so sorry to hear that the frame arrived damaged. We have been selling this item for a few years and have not had similar feedback so we're hoping this is an isolated incident. “If I could put a zero, I would. My Mum brought be a voucher for an overnight stay and theatre. My Mum was not told that OMG hotels would be dealing with the booking etc. They have such bad reviews and my mum would not have brought the voucher if she had known. Anyway, I have been given a hotel- no choice. It is in kings cross - it would be quicker for me to get the train home.
They have told me my theatre tickets are in the grand circle and won't even tell me the seats until 24 hrs before. The grand circle tickets are cheap - 30 pound. So my mum has paid all this money and I have no choice where to stay and my only option is the cheapest seats. Nobody is willing to sort it. I am not staying in kings cross. My Mum brought from you not OMG hotels and therefore you should be dealing with it and not passing the buck to them.”
“I ordered a gift on a Sunday lunchtime. I thought it was for a 50th, but immediately showing hubby the order he said it was for a 60th. I quickly searched for a phone number - nothing - so all I could do was email. All I wanted was the date changing. These are the responses I got - bearing in mind I emailed about 15 minutes after placing the order.
1st response received 1 day later: Having looked into this for you, I can see that your order includes a personalised item. It would have displayed prior to purchase and on your order confirmation that this was due to be personalised and posted by the 10th August. I can see that you have selected standard delivery, therefore the item will be with you within the following 5 working days.
I am sorry if this was missed and any upset caused.

There is a small window of opportunity to change any of the details after purchase and I cannot see that this was selected. We deal with emails in chronological order and as such did not reach your request in time.

It will be Etsy every time as I ordered a card at the same time which again a 50, but the supplier was happy to change. In these times of growing hardship those companies that give the best service at the right price will survive and I sincerely hope others will take note of my experience with this poor company.”
