“Dreadful customer service. I have placed an order of a few items for our family Christmas stockings and have not received yet. The website says delivery in 3 to 5 days. I have written to query my order through the website contact form. Received a short reply provided with a tracking number. Aforementioned number does not work/correspond to the order placed. Today is Saturday 20th December 2024 and not even a check back that the items had been delivred. Never will buy from this site again. Certainly, I will not recommend to anyone.”

“I was told 3 days after I ordered that the item is out of stock.
