“I had one of these bought for me for my birthday by my Son back in April, I went to the website to pick something for my Wife and I to do before Christman only to find out the voucher ran out on 1st December, 7 months after it was bought, all other vouchers I've been bought in the past always last for a year before you have to use them or extend them, not even a reply from this company after I messaged them as to why they don't honour these vouchers for a year.... waste of money!”

“Would've been a fab review but a technical glitch meant the website amalgamated teh delivery address with the billing address so we most likely won't receive it and the company have said there's nothing they can do. I was going to purchase more gifts but not now”

“For some reason it was delivered to my old address (well my old neighbours house) which paypal reverted to. I immediately tried to change the address after the order was placed but there was no option to cancel the order and reorder. So I've lost the money, customer services were basically like tough luck.”

“Despite paying extra for next day delivery I still haven’t received my purchase one week on. According to their website it is still being ‘processed’. Had to buy something else now as they didn’t arrive in time for family party. There is no facility to cancel my order so I expect I will now need to pay more delivery to return it!!”
