“Would've been a fab review but a technical glitch meant the website amalgamated teh delivery address with the billing address so we most likely won't receive it and the company have said there's nothing they can do. I was going to purchase more gifts but not now”

“For some reason it was delivered to my old address (well my old neighbours house) which paypal reverted to. I immediately tried to change the address after the order was placed but there was no option to cancel the order and reorder. So I've lost the money, customer services were basically like tough luck.”

We're sorry to have disappointed you by running out of stock for some of your order. Please don't worry, refunds are issued immediately after we discover we are unable to fulfill orders, however, these do take 3-5 days to clear subject to your bank.

“Despite paying extra for next day delivery I still haven’t received my purchase one week on. According to their website it is still being ‘processed’. Had to buy something else now as they didn’t arrive in time for family party. There is no facility to cancel my order so I expect I will now need to pay more delivery to return it!!”

I will not use again, their systems are a joke, their pricing is too, it you done have a voucher and are paying with card it's 9.99 but paying with credit on ur account it 10.29 but you can't pay the additional 29p as its below the threshold to pay and need to pay more. Half the vouchers dont work properly and it's just a joke from start to finish.

“My booking experience was horrendous and I would not recommend buying anything from this site. I certainly won’t again.
The voucher didn’t state that the offer was only for weekdays; it allowed me to book a Saturday. Once I had paid and booked and it’s non-refundable, they got in touch to say that I have to pick a week day. Once top of that, I had to manually book each of the parts of the set by calling to the provider myself. Then, the service provider struggled to redeem it & I just forwarded all 3 different emails with various codes find me a gift sent, so that they can try all of them and see which one works ( the one that was supposed to, didn’t). Then, on the day, each piece of the service asked me to pull up that voucher again because they don’t communicate with each other (and that is terrible because I don’t which of the sent numbers was the real one). On top of that, the activity store email wasn’t working for 2 emails I sent & the date I had initially booked (that their page allowed to book) was not actually allowed to be booked in advance, so I had to wait a month to make the booking.
Just call the provider directly, this voucher service is useless.”

“Unfortunately I have not recieved the item. Evri said they delivered but they have not . I was home at the time of arrival and they said it was delivered . With a picture of the driver holding the item in his car, not the usual outside the house when it’s handed to me. I am disputing this with Evri but they are useless in this situation. I suggest using a different service as I am disappointed!”
