Sent my parcel in a damaged box so it was open when it arrived. Terrible customer service. Refused to refund postage.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your package was damaged in transit. I can see that this was reviewed with our customer service team, and as you had advised that all of the goods arrived on time and in good condition despite the damage to the packaging we did not feel a refund was appropriate. Not very impressed, i ordered a calming llama and ended up with a book about spitfires!!!

It's not yet been delivered! Email - will be delivered Sunday morning, then Sunday evening, then Monday, it's now Wednesday and it's not yet arrived. Evri??

No email confirmation of my order, even though money has left my account. Funnily enough, didn’t receive the gift either. Ironically, the only correspondence was the request for this review. I’ve taken a photo of what was received - NOTHING! Poor is an understatement!

I was told 3 days after I ordered that the item is out of stock. It was a Christmas present, so I thought I was sorted. Now I'm left with having to find another gift, hoping it gets here before Christmas.

Found item, it took me straight to pay page. It did not take me to a ship to address. Now item is goodness knows where at an empty house despite me emailing them immediately to ensure address amended.

I placed my order on 28th, no tracking information if I go on to my order it says log in even though I'm log in to my account, I've emailed them 3 times it's a present for Christmas i can't afford to buy another unless I receive a refund but can't cancel because i can't get through to anyone where is my order is it coming or not Have not received my order, no tracking no email saying if it coming or not ordered on 28th November.

Its been 2 weeks since ordering and still no sign of your couriers delivering the product. They just say it's with is and will be out for delivery soon. Xmas just around the corner, likely i will find something else now and request a refund. Funny how you ask for a review but never checked its been delivered.

I had one of these bought for me for my birthday by my Son back in April, I went to the website to pick something for my Wife and I to do before Christman only to find out the voucher ran out on 1st December, 7 months after it was bought, all other vouchers I've been bought in the past always last for a year before you have to use them or extend them, not even a reply from this company after I messaged them as to why they don't honour these vouchers for a year.... waste of money!
