“I felt so frustrated.I have been ordering personalised gifts for many years.This time , I am very disappointed.I have ordered a very important gift for a friend.I waited nearly 2 months now and still it has not arrived.I demanded for an answer at least of what happened to my order.I was asked to wait for 2-3 days.This was back in March.I also asked if they will no longer deliver the item to give me my money back.But have not heard any answers.The item below is what I was waiting for and 1 reply they made after my multiple queries.”
“bought this to put 7" single with sleeve in it. sleeve/cover doesnt fit. although shown on ad with a cover in it. record on it's own just about fits.cheap plastic frame . but then cheap to buy - postage moe than the item !!”

Ordered 1st May now the 5th May and my order not arrived
So the "gift" is now pointless the part has been and gone .”

2. I ordered for next day delivery whereas it was not possible for that particular product. So it would be wise to select products accordingly for the customer.
3. The information in the website is not in easy format to understand.
4. People who are in service delivery is not well educated about customer services.”

“I paid for next day delivery, I didn't receive the item. I had to contact the company myself to try and find the name of the courier and get tracking information to find out where the item was, in my opinion that should have been given automatically when the purchase was processed, I don't think it should have been my responsibility to find this information. The courier DPD didn't even bother to update the details after saying that there was a delay so I just had to wait. The item eventually arrived, 2 days late, meanwhile I had to purchase another gift to replace this one so I had to pay out twice. I contacted the company, they did apologise and said they would refund the difference in price of the next day and standard delivery costs but it did spoil the occasion as I did not have the gift that was requested to give.”
“Ordered a photo light up box .Needed gift a a special birthday gift. Quality was poor and the button to light it up didn't even work. Disappointed with it. I've emailed so I'm hoping to hear back asap and be refunded.”
“I have no idea how good the products are as they haven't been delivered. You use EVRI as your courier - currently rated as the worst delivery provider in UK. They lose 22,000 parcels every day. My parcel was out for delivery on Wednesday, then returned to the depot. No news since then. Obviously, I am not impressed and very unhappy.”

After an email and two phone call and I was assured that someone will call me back, which it never happened eventually after 3 days it was dispatch I even offered to pay extra for next day delivery but nothing
