Unable to use the vouchers I paid £95 for as the company Car Chase Heroes doesn't recognise it! I just want my money back as they were gifts for my children. I have spent months going back and forth with the company and not had a response from Find me a gift at all.

Never answer emails or return phone calls after leaving voice msgs.We turned up on the day( Two and a half yrs down the line btw!)only to be told I couldn't fly because I didn't have photo I.D with me!! It's a 5 minute joy ride?!Ive had helicopter rides/gliders and microlught rides in the past nd never been asked for this before?!To tell me in front of the 10/15 people that were there was embarrassing tbh! Would not recommend and will not recommend anyone else. Totally unprofessional setup!

You have supplied the incorrect gift that I ordered, I wrote to your customer services on the 16th June and you still have not replied This is gift for a specific date and I have now missed this date Atrocious service

order arrived 3 days ago broken and customer service have not responded to my email request for replacement item and no one answers the phone either. Very poor customer service and no other way to follow up this issue so currently out of pocket and being ghosted by the company.

I ordered 34 items for my husband for his birthday, and I specified that it needed to be delivered prior to his birthday. I paid additional fees for it to get to his address by his birthday, and it was confirmed. A tracking number was given, and it has been longer than 72 hours, and still no package and a birthday surprise was ruined! The gifts are still in transit....VERY Disappointed. I cannot show you the gifts as they have not been delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were very disappointed - the lava lamp was faulty - it didn't work as advertised and so we have returned it.

DO NOTNUSE PAID £200 FOR 4 VOUCHER AND ONLY SENT ME TWO I AM CHADING THEM FOR NOW TWO WEEKS FOR 2 MORE BIT NO UPDATE. THE PLACE AND DATE I WANTED TO USE THE VOUCHER FORBIS FULL NOW When send their email it's overflow so don't accept incoming email. I am so fed up now asking g for refubd or remaining two vouchers worth £100

Request to write a review? It’s so fresh in my mind that the product hasn’t even come yet and there are no updates by email as to its arrival, only a request for a review! Perhaps it would be wise to request a review once you’ve done your job and delivered it, or at least communicated what’s happening. Ordered 4 days ago and no updates since.

Got two orders as was told my first session had expired and had to re order. I am told to return one but I have to pay the postage for what was their mistake. I only received one order confirmation but they insist they sent 2, had I received two I would have cancelled one immediately. I will never buy from here again👎

I felt so frustrated.I have been ordering personalised gifts for many years.This time , I am very disappointed.I have ordered a very important gift for a friend.I waited nearly 2 months now and still it has not arrived.I demanded for an answer at least of what happened to my order.I was asked to wait for 2-3 days.This was back in March.I also asked if they will no longer deliver the item to give me my money back.But have not heard any answers.The item below is what I was waiting for and 1 reply they made after my multiple queries.

bought this to put 7" single with sleeve in it. sleeve/cover doesnt fit. although shown on ad with a cover in it. record on it's own just about fits.cheap plastic frame . but then cheap to buy - postage moe than the item !!

The I ordered from this website was because they advertised next day delivery . Ordered 1st May now the 5th May and my order not arrived So the "gift" is now pointless the part has been and gone .
