I initial found the site frustrating. Although I found some lovely gifts, when it came time to purchase, the system would not accept my details, even though I tried a number of times. I eventually called customer service and spoke with Millie, who was an absolute star. After getting some advice and doing some research, she was able to help me complete my purchase. Well done Millie, without your effort, you'd have lost a sale and I would have remained frustrated.

Having thought I’d lost my order but been charged I found the amazing customer service team at Findme ..the wonderful Milly not only bothered to take my number but actually called me back the next day to update. Can’t fault the service.

Would not recommend using this Company. Sent an experience voucher back from Christmas as an unwanted present and followed up many times, never got a refund and they stopped responding to emails.... AVOID!

As easy as life seem to be, when you have to make a choice and you do not make it, that itself is another choice, you have to do this, it has its consequences and that is actually the fact that you actually know whoever they are unto apart from you and WWW ACUTEBOLT COM and you considering that done because not doing it also has consequences.

If I could give them a zero I would! I have emailed twice about Christmas gifts I haven't received and got an automated message back. Also people can't contact them by phone as its automated again and then hang up. Still waiting for a response and order! 😡

Website says enter your details for a discount code, no code arrives and it's not possible to input a code anyway. Seems scammy.

Gift Port/Newspaper .. relevant Birthday for my 60 year old son. Received in good time, very happy with overall presentation, except for a bad soiling mark on FRONT page of paper, it wasn't an 'age related' mark but a 'handling' one. I contacted the office and spoke to a woman. I was complimentary regarding the overall presentation except for the soiling mark, I asked if she could forward me another paper... that I would return the soiled one. The woman instructed me to 'photograph' it and send it on by email .. I explained I was 82 years old and not familiar with technology/computers and had no idea how to accomplish the task she suggested, I explained that normally one of my adult grandsons would have assisted me, but because of Corona Lockdown that wasn't possible. The woman became irritated and I became upset at her persistent/instructions that I didn't understand... I couldn't believe it when she put the phone down on me. In my younger years I was a Private Secretary working in varied business concerns, and there were many occasions when conversations with customers, business people, required the right approach to solve a problem... at no time did I ever decide that cutting off the complainant was acceptable... IT ISN'T! The woman's job was to assist me, it was not my fault that the gift was stained/marked and time was running out to replace it... my Sons 60th birthday was very special to not only him, but myself as his Mother. Very disappointed that 'all's well' didn't 'end' well!

I made an order on 21st of June, 1 item out of the 4 was personalised. 3 of the items arrived a couple of fays after ordering however the 4th personalised item was supposedly shipped on the 26th June and it is now the 10th and no sign of Hermes (the courier) emailing to tell me where is it or when it is coming.I have emailed today and spoke to a very nice lady called Katy who offered me a refund which i was content with even though i no longer have a present for my sisters birthday which was on the 30th of June.This rating would of been 1 star if it wasn't for her.

I would not recommend them. Renege on promises. treat their staff very poorly.
