“I've not actually received any of my gift one was delivered to wrong place so had to be refunded, of which I wanted two more items. And another wasn't sent which was adventurous gift voucher it wasn't sent, ordered it on 3rd of November I had report it and apparently it was re set.”
“Disappointed. Purchased personalised items (birth flower bullet vases) which came with scratches & marks on the glass, were poorly engraved & one vase didn't sit straight (wobbled). Contacted Find Me A Gift 3 times as per their website guidleines over a 3 weeks period (no telephone numner unfortunately). Will see how long refund takes. Would have given one star but other items were satisfactory.”

“I found the gift I sought very easily on site. The ordering and payment process was simple. However, zero help from customer service when I inquired about expedited delivery (I offered to pay for expedited delivery which hadn't been an option on initial order page). Customer service reply to my email inquiry simply reiterated timeframes which I already knew from ordering process. Very disappointing.
(Per stated timeframes) item was supposed to have been complete and in the mail yesterday but no related correspondence received.
I just hope the quality of the item surpasses quality of communication.”
