“I found the gift I sought very easily on site. The ordering and payment process was simple. However, zero help from customer service when I inquired about expedited delivery (I offered to pay for expedited delivery which hadn't been an option on initial order page). Customer service reply to my email inquiry simply reiterated timeframes which I already knew from ordering process. Very disappointing.
(Per stated timeframes) item was supposed to have been complete and in the mail yesterday but no related correspondence received.
I just hope the quality of the item surpasses quality of communication.”

Sandwiches were good
Scones were cold and size of cup cake very hard !
Cakes mini chocolate Éclair was stale.
As was the mini victoria sponge dry and not fresh !
The other cakes one shortbread with a blob of green on top! Was discusting .and lemon meringue marshmallow was so sweet couldn't eat it !
The berry coctail was nice . Waitress was very rushed asked for extra pot of boiling water as tea strong she bought another pot of tea!! 15 mins later . Overall not a good experience for what was supposed to be 5 star hotel do not recommend.”

“I am very disappointed with my recent order experience. I placed my order on Sunday with next-day delivery, yet I only received the package on Wednesday. This delay was frustrating, as I specifically chose next-day delivery for a reason.
To make matters worse, the box of chocolates arrived damaged—ripped and squashed. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of both the service and the packaging.

“Still waiting for my order nearly two weeks ago now. Sent about 5 emails to them got no answer back. There does not seem to be a phone number I can ring to speak to someone about this! Looks like my grandaughter will not be receiving her Xmas gift. Cannot even get a refund no one gets backs to you. Really bad customer service!! 😡”
