“Item arrived quickly. But printed squint on paper. Didn’t sit in the frame properly. Contacted customer services told to return item at my cost to an address they didn’t supply the information for. Have to wait until they receive the return before they will resend a new one. Which will not arrive in time for Christmas!! 🤬”

“Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a gift with next day delivery but didn’t receive it until a week later. Having been promised it would be delivered on a couple of occasions, it still didn’t come, meaning I missed the event I needed it for. I asked for a refund given the very late delivery but was told I had to send it back before anything could be processed, causing me yet more inconvenience. Do not touch this website with a barge pole.”
“Placed a order on monday 8th dec i paid extra to get it next day only to be told it will come on friday 12th
Checked my order today and to my horror i found out its due to be sent out on the 16th

“Item arrived damaged. I contacted Find a Gift about getting a replacement who have not responded. It was a gift for someone and given the lack of timely response it is now too late to find an alternative or get a replacement.”

Checked the order status and it shows processing... its been processing for 10 days so far!!!!

“Got an email on 28th November to say order had shipped via Royal Mail for 1-3 day delivery. As of 8th December, have still not received order or any other communication. Very poor service, no idea if I will get these items in time for Christmas.”
