“The gift was not orderded by Sharmee but by me her sister in law in Australia. It was a gift for sharmee's birthday. The process was very easy. Weather the message turns out correct is yet to be determined as the order has not yet been delivered”

2. I ordered for next day delivery whereas it was not possible for that particular product. So it would be wise to select products accordingly for the customer.
3. The information in the website is not in easy format to understand.
4. People who are in service delivery is not well educated about customer services.”
