“Inititally, was very easy to navigate. However it appeared I had sent an e-voucher to wrong email address and rang buy-a-gift. Very helpful however, operator stated it had been sent to the new email address given. Recepient hasnt received this nor have I received any email to say it has been sent. I will be following this up with buy-a-gift in the New Year once everyone is back at work.”

Issue was I was charged twice and the delay in repaying me back was a long and drawn out affair
Repeatedly sent photos to show the double charge to be asked to send photos and eventually clarified to a different address”

“I ordered a Christmas present on Dec 13th. Receipt says delivery within 2-5 working days. It hadn't arrived so I used the order tracker system. Imgine my surprise to be see that it had been shipped on Dec 24th. Time travel into the future is obviously a reality now. I phoned on the 22nd. They don't supply anything so the best they could offer was "We will email the supplier and let you know when they get back to us". It's now Xmas Eve and still heard nothing. Actually, I have heard. They asked for a review so this is it.”
