Although we often see First Class mail being delivered within one working day, this is not guaranteed and can take 3-5 days. If you are still not in receipt of the order by 10th please let us know.

“Never answer emails or return phone calls after leaving voice msgs.We turned up on the day( Two and a half yrs down the line btw!)only to be told I couldn't fly because I didn't have photo I.D with me!! It's a 5 minute joy ride?!Ive had helicopter rides/gliders and microlught rides in the past nd never been asked for this before?!To tell me in front of the 10/15 people that were there was embarrassing tbh! Would not recommend and will not recommend anyone else. Totally unprofessional setup!”
