“Delivered late due to the supplier using Evri, which is known for its delivery issues. Found the same product £19 cheaper on Amazon. Felt ripped off! Won't use again.”
“Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a gift with next day delivery but didn’t receive it until a week later. Having been promised it would be delivered on a couple of occasions, it still didn’t come, meaning I missed the event I needed it for. I asked for a refund given the very late delivery but was told I had to send it back before anything could be processed, causing me yet more inconvenience. Do not touch this website with a barge pole.”
