“What a joke of a company! Bought the James Bond experience for my husband’s 50th birthday! Booked the experience and when we attended there was an issue with the code so had to pay again on the day. Was advised we’d be able to get a refund but the customer service team are refusing to refund the money. I have now paid twice for an experience that I’ve only had once. It would have been easier to book the experience straight from the company who run the track day and I will never use this company again. Although customer services are being responsive, they are regurgitating the same rubbish with the same frustrating result.”

“Paid over £8 for next day delivery, never again. I communicate with the company via email to express my disappointment, I was met with a poor attitude in their response and I haven’t had a reply after that. Item has arrived it’s a lot smaller than description, feels heavy and seems good quality however smaller than expected. Unfortunately I wont be purchasing from Find me a gift again.”
“If you charge a customer for Next Day Delivery, in 2025, there is a reasonable expectation it will happen. If the package is also not actually trackable, and delivered two days late, one has the right to be disappointed, surely?”
“It was not easy to find a perfect wooden laptop desk with mouse pad, mobile phone slot and natural ventilation (holes in place where laptop is placed) for the laptop. Luckily I found it on Find me a Gift and purchased straight away, knowing that bamboo desks are made from natural materials and thus the best for a laptop that quickly gets hot. Looks exactly like on the website, so no unpleasant surprises. What's more Find Me a Gift shop did a great job, sending me my desk very fast, delivered by a courier. Well packed and a great quality of a product showed me how good choice I made. This shop is one of my favourites now, highly reccommend!”
