“I paid for next day delivery, I didn't receive the item. I had to contact the company myself to try and find the name of the courier and get tracking information to find out where the item was, in my opinion that should have been given automatically when the purchase was processed, I don't think it should have been my responsibility to find this information. The courier DPD didn't even bother to update the details after saying that there was a delay so I just had to wait. The item eventually arrived, 2 days late, meanwhile I had to purchase another gift to replace this one so I had to pay out twice. I contacted the company, they did apologise and said they would refund the difference in price of the next day and standard delivery costs but it did spoil the occasion as I did not have the gift that was requested to give.”
“Ordered a photo light up box .Needed gift a a special birthday gift. Quality was poor and the button to light it up didn't even work. Disappointed with it. I've emailed so I'm hoping to hear back asap and be refunded.”
“No I was disappointed in purchase, as the background I ordered should have been green. I received grey. Not pleased. His older brother got the green background for his 50th, I would have liked the same. I opened box and threw packaging away before I opened the gift box. Only to realise it wasn't the colour I ordered. My sons 50th isn't until October but I shop early to make sure I'm sorted. So I'm hoping it works when it comes around or I'll be returning item.
