I will not order from find me a gift again, I paid for next day delivery which should have arrived on Friday and never came till Sunday. When I phoned customer service the person I spoke to was not friendly I asked for my postage to be refunded but would only refund postage difference. Will not bother again.

Never use them again. Ordered 4 items but only received one. Consequently no gift for three people at Christmas. Not good for a 'gift' company.

The gift i bought was unusual and funny. However, when the gift arrived, the box was damaged, so I had to take the item out of the box and wrap it up. Very poor .

This was a intended as a present, which was completely destroyed by the sticky label that had been stuck on the face of the gift box, rendering unusable!

A good choice of gifts - a restaurant visit for twonin my case to be delivered by e-voucher. Some ambiguity about email addressess, as site seems no longer able to email the voucher directly to the gift recipient. So it has to be emailed to the buyer to then forward.

I haven't received my order that states was dispatched on 3rd December and no contact regarding delays etc. Not a good experiance and wont use the service again

They use Evri as the delivery company The item was purchased as a Secret Sants gift. It arrived with the box severely crushed, as Evri stuffed it through the letter box They offered for me to return the goods for a refund, they did not confiirm they would refund the postage. Dissapointed and i will not buy from these again.
