We're so sorry to hear that the frame arrived damaged. We have been selling this item for a few years and have not had similar feedback so we're hoping this is an isolated incident. Regardless, we will be sure to check the rest of the stocked frames for damage and we will review how these are being packaged for delivery.

Having reviewed your order, I can see it was placed at 7:30pm on Tuesday 14th and is scheduled to arrive today. We state on the website that cut off for next-day delivery is 3:45pm I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear.

Having investigated the issue, I can see we had correctly sent your order to our supplier on both occasions (including a picture the second time). Sadly, this was still issued incorrectly.
