We're sorry to learn that you are still waiting on your gift to arrive. I can see that we shipped this on 13th December and this has been working through Evri's delivery network.
The good news is I can see that Evri updated your tracking today saying that your parcel is at your local depot, so we expect your goods will still be delivered within the 2-5 day expected delivery time.
