ONLY downside they use EVRI as their delivery Company.
I had a delivery this week and the packaging was damaged as they forced it through the letter box. The contents were fine but I cannot wrap it in the box as it is damaged.
Unfortunately due to them using EVRI I will not be ordering from this company again. I would rather pay a little bit more for deliveries knowing that the post office or DPD OR YODEL would respect both customer and company .
EVRI used to be Hermes , I would call them HERPES as they are a decease .
They steal, damage and conveniently lose parcels.”
“I had one of these bought for me for my birthday by my Son back in April, I went to the website to pick something for my Wife and I to do before Christman only to find out the voucher ran out on 1st December, 7 months after it was bought, all other vouchers I've been bought in the past always last for a year before you have to use them or extend them, not even a reply from this company after I messaged them as to why they don't honour these vouchers for a year.... waste of money!”

We do feel we do our best to make it very clear on the website that this is two separate vouchers, we even state "2 separate experiences" as one of the three bulletins posted against the product.
If you are within 30 days of purchase, cancellation is extremely easy. Just let our Customer Support team know that you wish to return the voucher, and we will arrange this for you, no questions asked.
