I was initially frustrated with lack of communication which delayed my order - a birthday gift i wanted to present for a specific date, however after a few short emails with Dani this was resolved, my order was confirmed and shipped really quickly, in time for said date. The resolution was quick and prompt with clear communication, i was surprised at the speed this was turned around. All in i am happy and grateful for this, the problem resolution really changed the experience and the gift was great when it arrived.

I ordered a ‘funny’ mug which, unfortunately, when it arrived had a broken handle. I contacted Findmeagift and after posting them a photo of the broken item immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. They were extremely helpful and worked efficiently to ensure I received the gift in a timely manner. Great service, great product and I will definitely use them again.

Having thought I’d lost my order but been charged I found the amazing customer service team at Findme ..the wonderful Milly not only bothered to take my number but actually called me back the next day to update. Can’t fault the service.

An error was made in my newspaper gift which was promptly replaced quickly, i now have exactly what i ordered and i am so happy with my gift i would not hesitate in recommending Findmeagift to family and friends. Delivery was very quick coming from the UK. Look forward to ordering more gifts in the future. Well done and many thanks for your great customer service.

Bought an experience as a Secret Santa gift, but the e-voucher got misplaced/lost. Contacted findmeagift.com to check if they could resend the voucher, and this was received the following day. Great service!

I ordered a gift on a Sunday lunchtime. I thought it was for a 50th, but immediately showing hubby the order he said it was for a 60th. I quickly searched for a phone number - nothing - so all I could do was email. All I wanted was the date changing. These are the responses I got - bearing in mind I emailed about 15 minutes after placing the order. 1st response received 1 day later: Having looked into this for you, I can see that your order includes a personalised item. It would have displayed prior to purchase and on your order confirmation that this was due to be personalised and posted by the 10th August. I can see that you have selected standard delivery, therefore the item will be with you within the following 5 working days. I am sorry if this was missed and any upset caused. So this did not address the email I sent! Then when I complained I got: Having looked into this for you, I can see that the order has already been sent off to our suppliers and as such no amendments can be made. There is a small window of opportunity to change any of the details after purchase and I cannot see that this was selected. We deal with emails in chronological order and as such did not reach your request in time. I regret that we cannot amend this now. There was no 'small window' of opportunity to amend. Will I buy from them again - NO! It will be Etsy every time as I ordered a card at the same time which again a 50, but the supplier was happy to change. In these times of growing hardship those companies that give the best service at the right price will survive and I sincerely hope others will take note of my experience with this poor company.

My original order went missing but Dani sorted the whole thing out for me and despatched a replacement in time for my friend”s 70th birthday. I am delighted with the service I received - thank you

Thanks to Dani, my nephews Christmas present wasn't ruined as he lost his voucher for the young driving experience. Dani resent us an ecopy of the voucher so we could book the experience.

Ordered a gift for a birthday present.It arrived within 2days but when i opened it it was smashed to pieces.I done the online form but had no access to a printer to print return label.I emailed and got a very speedy response from Dani who said it wasnt a problem i could get a replacement or refund.The replacement arrived in perfect condition 2days later.First class customer service from start to finish.

Ordered a bracelet from the children for Mother’s Day. I paid extra for next day delivery and it never arrived. When I complained I received an email saying it had been posted standard shipping!! What’s the point of paying extra when they either don’t read the orders or don’t care?

Would not recommend using this Company. Sent an experience voucher back from Christmas as an unwanted present and followed up many times, never got a refund and they stopped responding to emails.... AVOID!

As easy as life seem to be, when you have to make a choice and you do not make it, that itself is another choice, you have to do this, it has its consequences and that is actually the fact that you actually know whoever they are unto apart from you and WWW ACUTEBOLT COM and you considering that done because not doing it also has consequences.

If I could give them a zero I would! I have emailed twice about Christmas gifts I haven't received and got an automated message back. Also people can't contact them by phone as its automated again and then hang up. Still waiting for a response and order! 😡

I ordered a frame for a new baby and it turned out terrible. I asked them to leave the last line bland and they wrote that on the frame. Would not recommend using this site. No quality check
