“I'm in love with your pork and fennel sausages and very much enjoying access to the Black Label products. However, one or two things have missed the mark, most notably a beef wellington which arrived with soggy pastry and collapsed in the oven, causing the meat to dry out. Yesterday I tried to take advantage of a £15 off deal and, despite ordering only from your barbecue selection, could not make the code work and so eventually gave up.”

“Delivery Window, always on time. Food always arrives well chilled and good "use by" dates. Very high quality food and definitely taste the difference in free range produce. Regular changes of produce to choose from. Helpful cooking instructions and tast recipe ideas. Glad to find a Company that supports British Farmers and Producers.”

“So far, so good. The meat we've purchased has so far proved to be of superior quality to anything we can buy in a supermarket. Everything we've ordered has arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. Our purchasing model is to spend what we would normally have spent on takeaway, and given the local waiting times for takeaway of up to an hour, maybe longer, our time and money are better spent preparing a quality meal with quality produce. Single-use packaging is probably my only grievance but we had that with our last online meat supplier. The majority of the packaging is recyclable, however. The use of the website is straightforward and adding/deleting items to our subscription orders is very easy. There is an element of the National Trust gift shop with some of the packaged goods, such as condiments and sauces. I appreciate the need for additional product lines but for me, it cheapens the site overall and devalues the message about free-range farming. I doubt very much these suppliers are working with the same ethical considerations. One major plus for F&F is the courier, DPD. Completely reliable and always on time. This may have an impact on the pricing structure, it may not, but this was a curated decision and F&F should be applauded for that.”

“A good place to buy fish and meat that is free range. Unfortunately, their subscription service only allows for a minimum monthly delivery which is too frequent for small households on a tight budget.”

“Superb quality, confident there is excellent animal welfare and better environmental care than regular farming. Nice to not support food industry juggernauts, and help give the farmer a better price. A broad range of products so usually pretty easy to get a box together. It sometimes seems pricey, but the portion sizes are good and the taste etc. is unbeatable. Highly recommended.”

Hi Nick, I'm really sorry to hear this. I can see it has been delivered a couple of doors up by our courier, but we weren't made aware of this error. “We have been using Field and Flower for several years and have found the quality excellent. The delivery is always well organised and predictable. The order content and delivery time can be changed until almost the last minute. The cost is more than supermarket prices, but the quality definitely makes it well worth the increase.”

“Best, fresh, tastiest meat and fish. Generous portions of fish, delicious salmon pate and tasty duck and chicken legs. Never disappointed! And price is reasonable compared to supermarket prices plus tastier quality. Highly recommend.”

“The only meat and fish delivery I could get in lockdown when as a vulnerable I couldn't get supermarket deliveries. Have kept with F&F after covid because the produce is so good. So flavoursome and so reliable! Thank you!”
