“Helpful staff when I wanted to add to my order. You can definitely taste the difference, even though we used to buy free range from the Supermarket, the meat from Field and Flower is definitely superior. I have recommended them to friend and family.”

“The food was nice however I ended up with double everything spending over 15 pounds and no attempt was made to refund it for me. It was clearly an error your end and I have only been offered a 25%discount on my next order. Shame”

“Everything we ordered for Christmas was lovely. I'm not a big fan of turkey but it was so succulent and tasty that it was a real surprise. I really liked having the cooking guide, too - that helped me so much. We got cheeses, mackerel pate, smoked salmon and more - nothing was below par. The quality is always great and the service is second to none. If there wasn't a minimum order amount I'd buy more frequently. Thank you.”

“Extremly disapointed with the service. Everything started superb, great food and customer support calling every week to see how things where going, but now, all has changed. Delivery is late. They changed the delivery company, I guess, and last deliver it arrived late and we couldnt eat what we had planned. Also, my delivery subscription is to be sent every two Wednesdays, and the one for the 23rd, because it is pre Christmas day, has been cancelled and moved to the 18th straight away, with no consultation. I have replied to them asking for any solution and they have not got back to me. Fish was great at the beginning, now is not same quality. Thinking in pausing the subscription and moving to other similar provider.”

I can see my colleague did respond to your email on the 1st December, (has this possibly filtered through to your junk inbox?) to explain why we had to make these changes to your dates on the run up to Christmas to allow us to give our small scale farmers enough notice to ensure we could help more people receive their deliveries in this busy period. “Excellent service. We have had many deliveries from Field and Flower and they are always delivered at the planned time and are very well packaged. Everything has been top quality. The crab meat in particular is delicious.”

“I've been using Field & Flower for almost 5 years now. The quality and taste of the meat is exceptional; delivery is convenient and when I've needed help with anything, customer service has been excellent. There are always new things to try, which makes it fun to fill each box, and when I want to change delivery times/frequencies, it's easy as! What's not to love?”
