“Extremly disapointed with the service. Everything started superb, great food and customer support calling every week to see how things where going, but now, all has changed. Delivery is late. They changed the delivery company, I guess, and last deliver it arrived late and we couldnt eat what we had planned. Also, my delivery subscription is to be sent every two Wednesdays, and the one for the 23rd, because it is pre Christmas day, has been cancelled and moved to the 18th straight away, with no consultation. I have replied to them asking for any solution and they have not got back to me. Fish was great at the beginning, now is not same quality. Thinking in pausing the subscription and moving to other similar provider.”

Hi Javier, Thank you for getting in touch and sorry to hear of your disappointment with the service you have received recently. I can see my colleague did respond to your email on the 1st December, (has this possibly filtered through to your junk inbox?) to explain why we had to make these changes to your dates on the run up to Christmas to allow us to give our small scale farmers enough notice to ensure we could help more people receive their deliveries in this busy period. I'm sorry to hear you think the quality of the produce has also been affected, I will certainly pass this on to our supply chain manager to look in to further. “Excellent service. We have had many deliveries from Field and Flower and they are always delivered at the planned time and are very well packaged. Everything has been top quality. The crab meat in particular is delicious.”

“I've been using Field & Flower for almost 5 years now. The quality and taste of the meat is exceptional; delivery is convenient and when I've needed help with anything, customer service has been excellent. There are always new things to try, which makes it fun to fill each box, and when I want to change delivery times/frequencies, it's easy as! What's not to love?”

“Excellent choice of great quality foodstuffs, some of the most tender meat we have tasted. Well well packaged for delivery too, although we now have an ongoing battle with our refuse collectors as to whether your silver packing is recyclable, or not.”

“I cannot get meat from the supermarket any more the quality is poor compared to my field and flower delivery. I have tried a wide range of meat, game and poultry and everything has been excellent. The chicken breasts and thighs are superb, the taste is amazing and it has made me realise that all supermarket chicken must already be chlorinated as the smell from the field and flower chicken is pungent when opened but tastes out of this world, plus f & f give generous portions compared to the supermarket. Other exceptional cuts we’ve tried are, pork tenderloin, sirloin joint, pheasant and duck, noisettes of lamb and every pork or lamb joint we’ve had along with the black pudding is top drawer. All in all superb quality at excellent prices all delivered to my door. Cannot fault.... only wished I’d found them years ago.”

“Love these people. They have helped us through this year with a fortnightly delivery of quality meat, fish and cheese. Superior products which leaves supermarkets way back at the starting post. I, for one, will continue to use them for a long time. Incidentally, their packaging and delivery boxes are also second to none.”

“Lovely products - the fish is particularly fantastic! The mince makes my son’s bolognese taste great and the whole roast chickens are delicious. It is very easy to fill the trolley with deli items like the salami. Friendly staff, ordering is easy and delivery is reliable. Fantastic!”
