“Christmas made no difference to F&F, the produce was as always top quality, delivered as requested in perfect condition. As an addition for new cooks or just to reinforce experienced ones, a temperature and timing chart.”

“We very much enjoyed the delicious rolled loin of pork stuffed with apple and calvados. We selected this as there were only two of us on Christmas Day. The leftovers made an equally simple Thai Green Curry on Boxing Day. The Turkey legs have also served us well in enabling us to enjoy our traditional leftover turkey recipes. All together a complete success and a change from wall to wall turkey. We still have a turkey breast roll in the freezer to enjoy with family at a later date.”

“My easy Christmas eve selection of cheeses and cooked meat was superb. The coarse pork pâté was delicious and I loved the cheese board selection - especially the lovely mild blue cheese. The cranberry topped pork pie was very tasty even though the pastry crust was so crumbly that it did not fare so well during travel. Thank you for delivering on time and bringing cheer to our table.”

“Field and Flower meat is always excellent. This Christmas, I ordered the sous-vide turkey. It was so quick and simple to cook, and this year, lunch was not the usual late, dry mess that I make when incinerating the turkey so that it doesn't poison anyone! I also bought bread sauce, gravy, stuffing balls, pigs in blankets which were all excellent. So, we were able to spend the morning opening presents, drinking champagne and having a lovely time. I would highly recommend the whole lot. The whole fillet of beef, which we had for New Year's Eve was also delicious. (The delivery took a month because I was able to book a convenient slot well in advance, and now I can't untick it)”

“I ordered a turkey breast crown, and it relieved me of any stress, together with the pigs in blankets and stuffing balls. A family member had arrived for Christmas, and later tested positive for covid. But we all had a good appetite, and I wished I had ordered something bigger. But what we had was enough, just wanted more! All the cooking instructions were there, so everything was easy. Thank you all very much. Jackie Page.”

“We ordered 2 beef wellingtons for our Christmas Day lunch and it was amazing! So easy to cook with excellent instructions. Also ordered several Christmas hams which we barbecued on our big green egg - everyone who tried it couldn’t get enough of it!”
