“I ordered a Turkey and two joints of meat among other things for Christmas. Everything was 100% lovely, tender, juicy and tasty. Very good packaging, with freezer blocks for the transportation to keep everything fresh from leaving Field & Flower to the arrival at my home. I also ordered a sea salt and garlic which I absolutely loved. I have bought from Field and Flower before and the quality is always superb. I love the the variety of products not just from the butchers, but the deli and sundrie products as well. Field & Flower Customer Services are very helpful, friendly and courteous if ever I have wanted to add to my order or have a query. Thank you.”

“The food is excellent and the choice and variety is more than enough to satisfy an epicurean! The delivery service could do with a bit of a revamp though. There was a delay and no notification was sent to the recipient (The hamper was a Christmas present, including their festive turkey) so it did get a little worrying till delivery. Your customer service was excellent, though, and responded promptly and appropriately, so many thanks for that 👍👍”

“I ordered this goose on the 19th October. It was supposed to be 5 – 6kg for which I paid £131.93 including delivery. The ticket says minimum 5kg in print but hand written on the label is 4.6. I assume that I would have paid for a 6kg bird. So how can 4.6kg bird be the same price. I had already ordered a turkey for Christmas Day not realising that I would be able to secure a goose. The goose is currently frozen as I will use it for my birthday on Sunday Jan 21. I am hoping it will at least be a good goose. But I'm sure you will understand it does not give me confidense going forward. Waitrose adjust the price according to the weight delivered!”
