“I'm glad I took out insurance when I purchased my earrings as I could see there would have been a big problem when they broke after being worn only once. I had the item for just a few days less than two weeks. I was told it was accidental damage and they sent them to the insurers but it took over two weeks. The clasp on the earrings I originally purchased was impossible to close and even my husband struggled to do them up for me. I would recommend that you purchase insurance with any item you buy.”

“The sales assistant was very nice and gave excellent service. We had chosen something and she informed us that we could get a £10 gift card if we spent just £2 more and so we bought a silver cleaning cloth which was just perfect.”
