“Visited the Redditch store this afternoon as I was interested in a particular Seiko watch, which was fortunately in stock. I was very impressed by the service I experienced from the 2 staff members I dealt with and left with a good deal on the watch and a smile on my face! I look forward to the next time I visit the store to see what is on offer.”

“Very helpful in store, a bit disappointed that the battery in my watch only lasted 13 months thought it might have come under the 2 year warranty as other watches I have had the battery has lasted a lot longer.”

“Initially we were kept waiting without the common courtesy of being told that "we will be right with you". Probably because I looked like a tramp( had my reasons why)and they probably thought I wasn't going to purchase anything. Once I pulled the card out and spent my money, suddenly I was worth waiting on. Wish people would not judge a book by its cover.....You live and learn. This is how I felt, But once engaged the ladies were very accommodating 👍”
