“The lady who finally served me was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. 5 stars for her. The person who I saw first didn't know what a Celtic design was and gave me the wrong information (said all the rings on a particular display stand were P when in fact they were a variety of sizes) . I can only suppose she was new to the job.”

“I visited your Banbury branch and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by Becky and Helen. They were very, helpful, very cheerful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. “We had my husbands wedding ring enlarged. He had not worn it for 30 years. It looks lovely. I had broken the clasp on my necklace and it was replaced right away. Yesterday I purchased two necklace and earring sets for my. granddaughters for Christmas. I will be going back for two more. Delighted with the Hinds service. Thank you very much.”
