“I visited the shop in Braintree to obtain a new battery for my watch. The shop was busy and I was not served immediately but the staff kept in touch when they would be available to serve me and apologised. The young lady who served me changed the battery and helped me set up a life time guarentee. So far the watch is running fine........”
