“We were served by David W and were very impressed by his friendliness, knowledge and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble, we weren’t hurried along in our decision making or feel pressurised into purchasing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and highly recommend the Barnstaple shop.”

“Difficult to write a review for something that was purchased for me as a gift! However, I had given my partner a link to your website for the product I wanted, including a written description and a picture so that he knew what I wanted. What he left the store with was something entirely different and unsuitable - somehow, your sales person on the day managed to talk him into purchasing a different product (same price) which makes no sense to me since the product I had requested was in stock and available from your Mander Centre branch. Consequently, I had to send him back to exchange it for the product he should have come out with in the first place.”
