“I went into the shop at Trowbridge, 5 minutes before closing; I was served happily. I was given a choice of watch straps. I chose one and it was fitted straight away, including one with a matching golden buckle. I was very happy with the excellent service received. Thank you. (One slight concern is that I should have asked why my details were required).”

“I went to Hinds Darlington to look at watches for my partner. I was greeting warmly by a female assistant and when I told her I was looking for a watch she offered to get a gentleman who was very knowledgable about watches. The gentleman was extremely helpful, offered me sound advice and helped choose one. He also said that if wasn’t what my partner wanted I could change it or have a refund. This was very welcome and hopefully he likes his present when I give him it for his birthday.”
