Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“I bought a diamond wedding ring 18 months ago and it has been returned three times to manufacture because the diamonds keep falling out and there has been no proper apology or offer of a refund despite the ring being faulty. Although it’s benign fixed again, I am without my ring for two months.”
