“Brought in my engagement ring to repair. Was given two weeks as timescales. Took a lot longer. The first time I enquired, I was told that you had needed to send away for a replacement stone. However, that should have been done as soon as I paid for the repair. And, then I had to telephone to find out if it had been done, as no email as promised. Pleased with the repair, but you need to do better at managing customer expectations.”
