When arriving into store the sales woman who served us had no idea on how to greet customers and seemed reserved and had no customer relationship. Another assistant in store told my partner and my 16 month old baby to hush when she was crying and made her feel uncomfortable to stay in store. When I asked for the ring to be polished they replied “it’s new” after previously buying many rings for other shops this is not the customer service I had ever experienced. Now after spending a lot of money on a ring and poor customer service this is not a store I ever want to visit again!

The male shop assistant was extremely unhelpful and curt, it was only when another shop assistant intervened did I get the help and outcome I had hoped for.

Very disappointed with service. Chose a wedding ring for my wife and said I'm going for some lunch could I come back in an hour to collect it and perhaps you could gift wrap it for me. When i came back it was on the counter in a plain box. when I asked the manager about gift wrapping it he produced a tatty bag and dropped it on the counter, then had the audacity to charge me a pound for it. Look I know its not Tiffany's and the ring was only £200.00 but I tell you what, never again

very disappointed with F. Hinds. I purchased a ring for my daughter's Christmas present and paid for the ring to be delivered. The ring came into the store (Trafford center manchester) but instead of sending it out, they put it into a draw for collection. After phoning twice and leaving messages I had no response. Christmas came and went I finally made contact on 27/12/22 to be told its in a draw in the shop. The response I received was unacceptable "we have been really busy", and "we have not had our lunch breaks" I paid in cash so if I wanted a refund I would have to go instore to pick it up (60 miles away) hence why I paid for delivery. The ring was posted out eventually. I would not shop here again I have an 18th Birthday and 50th Birthday in January but I will try H Samuels

Purchased White Gold Earrings from the Sister Store "Chapelle", and after a few days I had a reaction to them and had to get medical attention, Hinds policy is that they won't accept returned earrings, Assistant wasn't very helpful they told me that if Gold is under a certain weight, they don't have to be hallmarked, they could be anything, they did send them back for me to be checked out, but the conclusion as I expected from them was there was nothing wrong with them, after-sales wasn't a good experience, I will not be buying from them again, there are other Jewelers

Will never use this company ever again, I sent a Watch in to be Serviced, when I got it back they had broken the Strap and told me they couldn't repair it. They refused to refund the money, so when I took it to Social Media, John Cadby's in Trowbridge asked me to bring it to him, he got it repaired and wouldn't charge me. As for their customer services, they were just rude. They also kept my watches for 3 months with one and 6 months with the other.

You didn’t notify me the order was ready for collection. Turns out the earrings are bent on the stem so kinda ruined Christmas Day for my wife.

Ordered our daughters first ring for Christmas, she has worked really hard all year with her hobbies and we thought we would treat her to something special. Went today 23-12-22 to see if it had even come in as they never called us even though they said they had, checked the number they had for us and it was correct, just couldn't be bothered to let us know. The lady brought the ring out with our name on and they have sent the wrong size, so they have spoilt something that was supposed to be very special for our daughter, she was heartbroken. In all honesty they couldn't of cared less as well to make matters worse. Can't get the right size into is due to postal strikes and head office being closed, which I find hard to believe around Christmas. We will not use this jeweller's ever again and would advise anyone to do the same. Total shambles.

I was not greeted by a member of staff and not once heard a thank you. When I mentioned that the watch was still not working properly there was no help provided. However when the watch was looked at again all of a sudden it worked. How convenient!

The male that works here is very unpleasant. No customer service at all. He was very rude and unhelpful to a gentleman who wanted his watch repaired. I have never seen such a farce on buying a pair of earings either. Will not be returning!

If a customer books a guarantee delivery date return and you were to promote this service then stand by what you promote. I have purchased many items from your store over the years for the first time I’m starting to question my loyalty.

Shocking customer service. Order didn't arrive on time and when I asked the manager to chase it 1 week later, he wasn't able to do anything!! Order finally arrived 2 and a half weeks late and when I collected it the manager just put it in a box and handed it over. I will not be recommending my local branch to anyone soon

Very disappointed to receive the email from you, it has completely spoilt the surprise of gift that I bought for my wife this Christmas. I’m considering returning it and spending the money elsewhere.

I came today to the Trafford centre store to collect my engagement ring. It was a very anti climatic experience. I had to ask for a box and was refused a gift bag it felt very much like we have your money now we don't care about your experience. I feel that let down i am very much considering returning the ring it has made my engagement experience very sad and i feel very let down. I was served by a young chap called Joshua who very clearly didn't care

Staff didn't know what they were doing, chain broke after two weeks, then wanted to charge me to take out a second insurance as the first one was invalid due to replacement, if a chain breaks after two weeks, bad workmanship..never shopping there again, a years insurance means a years insurance , conning gits!

They asked me to wait 30minutes and come back after . I came back 30minutes after and the items the watch the suppose to put a new battery hasn’t been done. They just returned my property or else to come back a day after?
