Lady in Slough needs to smile. She looks miserable as if they are causing her some real stress in that place. She does not look happy at all. spreading her negative energy I suggest someone help her out.

When paying for goods, I was asked for my name and address. When I asked why I was told that it was for the guarantee. I said that was ok but I did not wish to receive any emails. I was told that was fine I would not get any. What happens? I get an email from you - I am very disappointed that you corporately feel it is ok to lie to your customers. Not impressed!

Very poor & slow service. I was not at all impressed by the low standards, poor comms, lack off product knowledge & poor stock availability in store. Only shopped with them due to being the only shop in the whole of Burton On Trent to have the items I wanted to purchase. Polite enough staff, but no where near professional enough for me to part with my hard earned cash in the future.

The staff are fine in the shop but seem to have little knowledge of the computer system However if you have issues with the products they sell don’t expect anything extra. Managers are rude directors ignore you. I would not buy anything from here again

Purchased a locket necklace as a gift which turned out to be faulty (didn’t stay closed). Upon returning it I was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund or exchange because it had been worn, even though this was only for around an hour. Now currently waiting 2 weeks for it to be repaired. Unacceptable.

Took back a broken wing for my wife’s earring I bought at Xmas . Was told a gesture of good will the manager would give me a pair of wings . As he didn’t want to go to the trouble of sending them back to see why it was faulty . We were lucky we didn’t loose the earring . Not really satisfied won’t shop again .

Older female sales assistant with glasses served me on this occasion. She wasnt friendly at all, found her to be rude and very blunt to be honest. No smiling or customer service skills. I was returning a ring which had bent into my finger and snapped whilst trying to take off within the first hour of wearing it. It was only 19.95 and she didnt even want to do anything for me without asking her manager, who said send it off. Even though i wanted something stronger and more expensive as this was weak poor quality or not strong silver. I then had to ask if she had my contact details correctly she said yeah weve got an email. So i said do you mind checking what one? she then huffed ans took her timw making out this was a huge ordeal to go onto the system and check! it was incorrect so lucky i checked. Its not all bad in the havant branch though the gentlemen older again with glasses was very professional and friendly with good custimer service. I dont normally write reveiws but i was disgusted by the service i recieved and difficulty in returning something that was not fit for purpose i havw other silver rings i wear every day none of which bend into my finger constricting the blood flow.

As i was expecting my ring to be send in Dartford when i went to collect it,the ring was not deliver and its was my birthday and im travelling so my friend has to go Ashford to collect it.Its not a good impression for customer and i think staff need to be wll trained ,listen to customer ,as i was so upset.Do u think i can recomend this shop to other people

Bought 2 engagement rings. When collected my fiance noticed a flaw im the sapphire. Ringvreturned, collected one month later, short while after the sapphire fell out, after waiting another month the ring was replaced. My fiance was without her engagement ring for TWO MONTHS. Apalling service, never again buy anything from you.

Where do I start on this one. Was shopping in merry center earlier today and decided to go to f hinds to buy a watch for work as a treat because we have done well last month. I purchased a bulova watch which I thought would be a good choice. The lady that served me was friendly and removed a few links for me. Unfortunately I got home and checked the watch but on inspection I noticed it was not working which thought the shop would have checked. So I drove back to f.hinds to ask but was so shocked how I was delt with. Was told that because it might have been on display for a long time the battery could have gone flat. Then was told that if I wanted it checked in the shop it would have validated my warranty for water???? If I didn't want to lose that I would have to send I watch off that I had just brought!!! So spend x amount on a watch for it to be sent off straight away!!! Shocking service from a big company

I was emailed on 28th Jan to say my click and collect order for earrings was ready to pick up from Staines. I came into shop on 30th to see if it was ready and a lady curtly told me that it wasn’t ready and I shouldn’t come in until she calls me without even checking my name. She said emails are not from the shop itself. Not impressed with the service and wasted my time. Called yesterday and they said it had been ready all this time. Collected it today. Guy was very polite and also Imogen on the phone. I had told her about the lady.

I ordered a white gold necklace to my local store for my mother in laws 60th birthday which I had arranged for it to be sent to my local store in Bromsgrove. The item was ordered in advance and was due for collection on the 28th Jan, my mother in laws birthday was the day after on the 29th. I contacted the store on tje 28th only to be told it hadn't arrived and that the main office hasn't actioned the order. The store assistant advised there was no one in the main office over the weekend but did agree to check other stores to see if this item was in stock. The item was located at merry hill and was put aside for me to collect the next day. I am very disappointed in the service from F.Hinds and having to find extra time out of my busy weekend to drive an extra distance and spend more fuel money which should not have been an issue. This also caused extra stress thinking we may not have the gift in time.

I would never shop again with u that is for sure really disappointed in way been treated regarding my wedding ring and getting told it was getting. Done to it wasn’t and couldn’t even get my money back after paying cash with is disgusting The people in shop wa damaging and understood where I was coming from but I’m taking this all the way

I did not find my experience of picking my wedding ring up any good. I tried my wedding ring which should of been really exciting, yet my heart sank when the one they specifically ordered in for me did not fit. The Manager it seemed said he would go in the back and stretch it. After 2 attempts it fit me. Then they had no bags to put it in for me. No bags at all not even a carrier bag. So the manager said I could have one of the gift bags which were chargeable. I was not going to pay for it may I add. I would not go back to here again.

Bought a clock today in f Hinds darlington. The lady told us that the clock on display was the last one. I was going to decline but my wife wanted it. There wasn't a hint of any discount because it was x display. After many years of buying from this store I've lost faith, sorry so no more buying g apart from our life battery exchange.
