I am very disappointed with the service received! I was unable to collect the watch myself so my daughter went in for me. They made no mention of alterations which I may require!

I don't believe it's proper auqumarine it's clear and from what I read that is not auqumarine there is no blue just looks like glass!

Poor service on gold repairs say it will take a week still waiting thee weeks later back up service let's shop staff down will not use hinds again

Not impressed as I brought 2 pairs of earrings, asking for a duck pair and a bee pair (this was repeated 3 times to the sales assistant.She scanned 2 items, I paid and was given two closed boxes. Presumed it was the items I requested. . Got home and I have been given and instead had a pair of duck pair of earrings and a horse pair of earrings. Double checked the receipt and the horse earings have been run through the till and realised it was too late to go back as it was past five o clock. I will be returning to the store this weekend as I don't live in the area. I literally opened the box and shut it. I will be expecting a good reason from the store as I was given a product I didn't ask for or want.

I purchased the Casio G-SHOCK GA-2200M-4AER Orange Watch, I was served by the manager no less, but I was to discover that the manager did not pay enough attention to the detail of selling a brand new watch!! I got home and inspected the Box it came in, it looked rather well used! The box did not have the correct Watch code on the bar coded sticker either(I gather he just picked up any old Casio box) I was also a bit miffed that he did not set the time on the watch for me!! So when I went to find the Instruction booklet(which should come with every watch) I found that he had not even bothered to put one in the box at all so I was quite annoyed by this time, so I rang the shop and told them how I was feeling about this, and that I just wanted a refund mainly because of the managers incompetence!! Quite shocking really is'nt it!! So I got money refunded back on to my credit card. I will now go to H.Samuel across the road from F.Hinds and do my business with them as they really do pay attention to detail when a customer buys a new watch from them.

I ordered wedding rings a week ago and they arrived at the store for collection, one of the rings had been sent in the wrong size. How could this happen when the store Ordered the correct size, but they sent the wrong size. Surly the store should have checked the rings were correct before contacting me for collection. I live 25 miles away, which is a 50 mile round trip and the store expected me to complete the journey again next week, without any apology or compensation for my time or petrol. In the end, I had to select a different ring even tho it was their mistake as I didn't want to complete the journey again as I'm getting married in two weeks time. luckily I found a ring that was similar to the one I ordered.

You will not be getting another penny from me in my lifetime. From the second I was quoted £18 plus for a watch battery, I did not enjoy my visit at all. The battery actually cost less than a tenner (which I expected, and paid), the price I was initially quoted was for a lifetime guarantee. I loath these sort of tactics. I can’t say I was thrilled about being taken on a ‘tour of the shop’. From one point where the battery was fitted, to a second, where my details were checked (and I thought that was unnecessary for a flaming watch battery !), and finally to a third location, as apparently you have only one card reader in the shop ! (Wellington Arcade, Stockton on Tees) Never again ! P. S. The lady who served me, didn’t even set my watch to the correct time, it was two minutes out, I set it to the correct time myself, later.

Had my daughter's ears pierced, and the women who done it completely messed this up. Despite marking up the ear lobes with a pen, this person missed the hole and studs were way out of place and looked ridiculous. So unprofessional. When challenged, they refused to refund and my 8 year old daughter was left with wonky studs in her ear lobes.

Brought a watch 12 mouths ago from theTelford shop taken back to change battery within warranty got home and found that a part of the watch not replaced telephoned shop who told me to go to Shrewsbury shop to put right told me the watch had part missing had to leave the watch for the shop in telford to send part that was not replaced. I would not bother coming to the shop again it cost more in diesel than the battery itself plus my wife is in a wheelchair!!!

Shop assistant excellent manner. Product faulty,wrist watch purchased. Should have been checked and time set on watch before transaction took place. Will have to return on Saturday. Time wasted, more car park money. May not even be a battery in it😩. If no identical watch in stock I will demand a full repayment back.

SHOP OPENED AT 9:15 WITH TWO MEMBERS OF STAFF INSIDE THE SHOP, I WANTED A NEW BATTERY IN MY WATCH AND I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL HAVE TO LEAVE MY WATCH AND COME BACK IN 45 MINUTES AS THERE WAS ONLY TWO STAFF WORKING AND THAT THEY HAD TO ADDRESS THE WINDOW DISPLAYS, SORRY HAVING TWO STAFF IS NOT MY PROBLEM, ONE STAFF COULD SEE TO THE WINDOW DISPLAY WHILE ONE STAFF SEE'S TO ME REPLACING MY WATCH BATTERY.

I was sold a Skagen watch which had a battery which was not working. I returned it to the shop to be told that it had to be 'sent away' to have a new battery fitted. Apparently there is a policy that all watches and clocks operate all the time. There is not space here to list all the things wrong with this policy, most of all the environmental impact of discarding watch batteries which have no need to be running in the first place. I will be writing to the CEO to expand on my concerns.

I am writing a review of the English lady who served me. There was no stone missing when I handed the watch over for a replacement battery to be fitted. After agreeing to pay the £18 for the lifetime replacement battery package the English lady instructed her junior to type a description into the system referring to it as missing a stone at 12 O'clock. Only after I handed over my card to pay was it pointed out to me that a stone was missing. The watch was damaged on the premises whilst I waited. There was no stone missing prior to handing the watch over as I wore it to the shop.
