“Staffs were very caring. He advised us about our watch and how to protect it from water also talked about other latest watch. Asked about our wellbeing. One of the staff offered my husband to sit on a chair. She also asked him whether he is ok. It's a good experience in the shop.”

“We went in looking for a new wedding band for my wife. The staff could not be more attentive to our needs. Catherine (Ashford store) knew what my wife was looking for after trying on a few rings. She bought out a selection that she may like. We ended up purchasing on the spot.”
