“Excellent customer service from your female agent who replaced my watch battery. Very pleasant lady who realising I had little time to wait because I was about to attend my Pilates class replaced my watch battery under your guarantee, as quickly as possible. My watch is working again and keeping good time. Thank you Hinds for such an excellent service and customer care. I will come again. Donald”

“I went into Hinds to purchased a silver bangle for my baby granddaughter. The lady that dealt with me was brilliant. She was very pleasant and helped me regarding the correct size. Just sorry that I did not get her name... She certainly had customer care without going over the top.”
